Roadmap out of lockdown Step 4:

Monday 19 July sees the end of all lockdown and social distancing restrictions. In line with advice from both the government and the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales, and bearing in mind the current high rate of virus transmission in this area, Fr. Stanislaw and the Parish Committee will take a cautious approach in considering how best to respond to this next step. Their main concern will be to ensure that people continue to feel safe when they attend Mass.

For the foreseeable future, you are encouraged to continue wearing face coverings and to sanitise your hands on entry and exit to the church.

Registration for Mass must continue while the NHS Track and Trace system is in operation. Therefore, if you are able, please log in when you arrive at church using the NHS Test and Trace App on your phone and scanning the QR code which is displayed at the entrance and exits of the church. Otherwise, you will be asked to give your contact details to the Mass Stewards.

The physical sign of peace will remain suspended and Holy Communion will continue to be under one kind.
